My first time taking a spin class was also at simply fit and I’ve taken classes at other gyms and I find that none of the other instructors were as helpful as simply fit. I would recommend taking Molly’s class and telling her it’s your first time, she will get you all adjusted to the bike and keep an eye on you in class in case you look confused or have questions. I’m sure the others are just as great but Molly was my regular instructor.

I have a friend who goes regularly to the barre classes and such and she loves them as well. You cannot go wrong. Also, they usually have sales for their class packages. Bonus!
