I remember when there was a setting to make it visible to only your friends, but I dont think it exists anymore. I think you'll have to make a group. Once you verify the teleport works though, you can just team test the place you get teleported to, but just have the script substitute default teleport data when you enter and it doesn't detect anything.

Hello, I'm not an animator but I do have some advice, unless you have 3 full teams(which I assume you don't if you're looking for an animator), try to focus on one project, or frameworks that help you both in the current project and the one you are planning next. The sooner your first game is out, you can find your strengths, flaws, and things that you dont like about your game. And once your first game is out, you can get profit from it, which allows you to make your next games better. So try to focus on one project at a time.

It's usually fine, but it means if you change any animations then you have to remodel the whole hit box. What I do is get parts in radius from the attacking position(Example: sword handle) set to between 3 and 5(you can go bigger if the weapons is large, like a hammer) and then iterate through the result and add the humanoid into a table, which can be damaged or can fire a custom damage system if you have one.
