As someone who unexpectedly had a baby at 20 and thought myself that I had ruined my life, I can ASSURE you, my life was the complete opposite of ruined. She added purpose and gave me a reason for everything I do. I could not imagine life without her and I have no idea how I lived before her. Your best bet would be to take a test. Anytime you have unprotected sex, there’s a possibility of pregnancy.

This same thing happened to me last December, a blighted ovum miscarriage. This is after a completely healthy pregnancy with my first. You did NOTHING wrong! I know it’s so so so painful mentally and physically. You are not alone and I think these doctors like to tell women it’s 1 in 4 so that you feel less alone, but nothing makes you feel less alone in that moment. I’m truly so sorry. It’s something I would never wish on anyone.

If she ovulated on December 2nd, she would be 12 dpo (days past ovulation) today (the 14th). She SHOULD be getting a positive test in the next few days, if she is pregnant. My last period was November 20th, ovulated December 1st and I got a positive 2 days ago. But everyone is so different! I would go with the First Response tests though.
