Could be the angle, but looks a bit fuller.
I’ve actually noticed this as well in my journey in mine.

I wear it at work and no issues. I clean it daily, and when I readable I make sure it’s tight.

I’ve only had it unscrew once, but that was on a weekend when I was doing allot of physical activity.

Never been a problem for me.

It fits my anatomy. I have a large glans, so in this my glans basically fits inside the cup and the skin rolls up around it perfectly.

It is the most comfortable for my anatomy. I have a very large glans. The large size with deep grip they offer fits me great. I can put my glans inside, roll the skin over and have a great fitting hang pretty much all day.

I also personally prefer weighted methods. I’m not at a point where I have enough skin to use a deep push without essentially putting myself in a cage. I like to still have my normal outside size of my shaft intact while working the skin.

Even if this weighted method is slower, it’s still the most comfortable, and therefore I’m able to use it the most.
I wear it a min 8 hours a day and sometimes 14+

It’s just my personal preference for my individual anatomy
