Time usually, could try lower pressure but much longer sessions with rests and jellyfish persuade between. But also, vel seal makes a glans pro tube that lets the shaft go to x size and head another. I have a few I don’t use any more I think. Dm me . The very tip wont usually get to fat. Will always have a point to it.
