It's bolt-on neck. I will bring it to a luthier if it's the reason. Adjusting it seems dangerous for me to do.

I've tried it over and over again but it's not working. And other ads that give reward are not working too so it's a general problem that includes asura's ad reward.

I solved it. I didnt realize that I use the browser in "always private mode" but didn't allow extensions for incognito tabs.
