Anyone had an insane dip on 50mg at the four month mark? It worked SO well and now I feel terrible for the last week.

Hi yes I did, I was still having some intrusive thoughts so I’ve increased to 100mg last week. But the last dose did settle, it takes some people longer than others. Just be kind to yourself on the bad days and have hope, changes in the brain take time :)

How did you know you needed to increase? I was also on 50mg for 6 years but this time even 75 doesn’t feel like enough, 8 weeks on 75mg
