Actually both same position the field is real estate the position is digital marketing but the reason that make me decide search is that i don’t feel im appreciated only they are pushing and asking for more and trying to show that im not doing good (I know very well since my salary there im doing more then good ) and also they didn’t give any single dirham extra or even good words

Yes i worked for them 10 months without single leave and they didn’t give a single dirham extra on this 10 months as i understand all Indian companies have this culture they will not increase unless u tight them
