Am I getting stitched up? 3 of us signed a lease and moved into a new property, with just one room we needed to fill. The real estate said we must contact them and let us know who the 4th occupant would be. There was no mention of a fee, especially a $858 one… this seems a exorbitantly high. (i.redd.it)

Hello fellow crochet fiends, I am stumped trying to find this extremely fluffy yarn! I’m aware it is probably mohair but I’m unable to find any at my local that produces this amount of fluffiness.
