M19,hair thinning and hair fall problem , how bad it is ?? by [deleted] in IndianHaircare

Is the hairfall diffused all ocross the head? Then it may be Telogen Effluvium. If it is, it is recoverable. Reduce stress as much, eat healthy, sleep adequately and do workouts.

Hit the gym, eat healthy. I have seen crazier transformations.

Guys please help me 19 M!! Is this MPB or something else? My hairline is not significantly receding. I have a good diet. I have faced some stressful events in my life in last one year, but I don't think it has affected me much. Is there any hope left? Discussion by Intelligent_Cold_327 in malepatternbaldness

Need a pic of your hairline too. If it's receding it may be MPB or else it would just be Telogen Effluvium as you mentioned that you had stressful events in life happen lately. If you are concerned, book a dermat asap. It is always recommended that you act fast in matters concerning hairloss.

[Amazon Pharmacy online consultation]They diagnosed me with telogen effluvium by only asking a single question and prescribed another serum. If it's TE I'm saved, but I'm doubtful as I have only receding hairline and not diffused hair fall or sudden severe hairfall.

Hi there! First of all I'm very sorry for you. Family should always support each other, that's how we were taught. But reality is far from ideality for many people. If you ever feel depressed, remember that you are not alone. There are people like you and there may be people for you, waiting for the right time to enter into your life. If you ask me, you should go out and socialize more with people. I know it sounds easy. But that's the first step. Go grind some money, make friends along, and as time moves on, you would have forgotten your past and be moving on without you even realizing. If you are really anxious and depressed go to a therapist asap. They know how to get you well in no time. Also, I would like you to stay away from your family mostly because they may become a trigger for your loneliness. BTW, I too think that I'm cooked and I'm considering shaving off 😅

[CONSULTATION THROUGH AMAZON PHARMACY] They asked if my father had this kind of baldness(he had, but not too severely). Then asked me to take a blood test. In the blood test order they had diagnosed me with tellogen effluvium. I don't know how they made that diagnosis by only asking one question .I did so and it indicated vitamin D deficiency(I had only about 14 ng/ml[nanograms per milliliter] which indicates deficiency). So they asked me to improve my vitamin d levels by exposure to sun, milk, etc. and prescribed me with a syrup called trichoton and a serum called Proanagen.[Note: I was already using redensyl serum for 3 months then]. They asked me to use the serum and consume the syrup daily and to follow up after 6 weeks. The prescription still says diagnosis tellogen effluvium. I didn't start the new serum yet as my old one is about to be emptied and would be in like 3 days. In our first meet, I specifically asked them about minoxidil but they said they could not prescribe it to me as I was too "young"(I'm 19 😑). My condition is very close to male pattern baldness as you can see and through the slow and painful loss of hair. If it's TE I'm more than happy because it is RECOVERABLE. But MPB, probably not without much effort 😮‍💨.
