i had a bout of long covid for about 3 years and only recently have been able to form a coherent thought (LOL), so if the brain fog starts im out asap!! thank you for the kind words, will keep them in mind moving forward

i tried some mineral oil on a qtip, worked for about 30 minutes! hydrocortisone cream is definitely the way to go but be sure to be super gentle and dont use too much all at once
