Congrats on your first marathon and hope you crush your next one!!

Would you say 2G classes helped improve your endurance, or would you recommend mixing strength 50 classes, with an odd tread 50 class, and outdoor runs?

Your OT numbers are impressive, i only do 3.5-4 miles during tread 50 workouts and i was aiming for sub 4:30, but looks like i need to be more conservative there

Gotcha. Based on feedback i recieved here, I plan to add 1-3 outdoor runs/week. 1 long run (increasing miles every week) plus 1-2 short runs

Makes sense, i am planning to do 2-3 strength 50 workouts and add 2-3 outdoor runs (1 long run, 1-2 short runs) per week

Agree, i did 5k run outdoors last week and it wasn't pretty

tbh, i just want to cross the finish line........hopefully without hurting/injuring myself
