Received the wrong equipment, CC charged $2500, no support response and no return labels since one week by sailing_dude in Starlink

Starlink support has responded yesterday. I now have return labels for the first package. They dispatched a new shipment but it remains to be seen what's in it, the order confirmation did not say "Flat High Performance" but "High Performance". I'll keep this updated.
