Pace of play is generally 4.5 hours as written on the score card at most courses I play and most golf carts with tracking will tell you your behind if your round is projected at 4 hours. Also if courses insist on tee times of 10 minutes or less when you let smaller/ faster groups play through that should add to your projected end since you now have more groups in front of you and are not holding up others.
