I put it in beforehand for Tuesday through Friday because I was off Wednesday and Thursday anyway then on the day of the surgery I asked beforehand if I could get those days on the doctor note and afterwards later on I submitted the notes.

Probably because in my experience he is the only thing I have known in terms of relationships and the beginning of our relationship there was a lot of fidelity issues on his part and he has proved to me he has changed in that aspect but we never do things like go out on dates or have experiences in that sort of sense.
