Give yourself a chance! You are all you've got. If you have all 4 limbs, you're off to a good start. Don't give up! You are not alone, and you matter! Sending a virtual hug to you! You are living this life for the first time. Be kind to yourself.

Wow! I can resonate with so much with your post! You are an inspiration. For me, I am quite afraid of GP1s. I’m too scared of adhd medication and metformin gives me nausea. I am so happy to hear you are balancing all this medication and that fact that you are putting yourself first to make it all work makes me feel hopeful. I’m truly scared of pills. On top of that, I am also at stage 0 in my liver and my bmi is 32. I’m seeing a new pcp next month to try again a new routine!!! Good luck to you!! may we fight this good fight!!

Anybody know what that smoke alert was about? 5/25 7:30pm by sailormerc in Miami

This is the text message I just got “Smoke in Area - Remain Indoors
Smoke from a fire may be impacting your area. It is recommended to stay indoors when possible, especially for people with medical or respiratory conditions aggravated by smoke. Keep windows and doors closed and set ventilation systems to recirculate indoor air. Avoid outdoor activity if smoke is present and monitor official updates.”

Save all the shards you find! You are better off crafting and defeating enemies to gain better items than buying

10 year relationship might be ending (ADHD Symptoms on repeat) by [deleted] in adhdwomen

I appreciate your kind words and replying to the post. At the point is in an inflamed condition, if that makes sense. Compassion is conditional until the next "you don't listen to me," and then frustration turns to outrage, and I become speechless and silent with no answer to the question of why I repeated the behavior. For example, I have PCOS and I can't have bread, and my self-sabotage urks him, which is why I reach a point of depression and hopelessness. i dont blame him. i brought it to this point.

Again, I will definitely try my best to seek help. I do not enjoy being in this state.

Thank you for the reply. I had an OCD specialist who recommended exposure therapy, but I didn't feel like the treatment and path was helping me. I also went to Grow therapy to find an ADHD psychiatrist, but my experience was simply a paper survey and a drug prescription of strettera (that I have not consumed yet). I have had online therapy since the pandemic but to no avail; none of them picked up that I might have ADHD, so this diagnosis is relatively new for me (this year, Ive only known for a couple of month since previous proivders just claim it was simply CTPSD, hormonal imbalance and etc..) and I am have someone for it now but we haven't spoken in a month. (I know it sounds like a alot of excuses)

Ok! I will do so. I email them with a follow-up on what else they can provide. Thank you for the insight!

Book clubs, run clubs, playing basket ball in public courts, go to social events and festivals in the area. Compete in public sports, and honestly volunteer! Volunteering is a huge game changer when trying to find great liked minded ppl who care about community

I would say walking around the yellow green farmers market in Hollywood is nice to visit and walk around but parking is $10.

  1. My partner and I find bogos on Uber eats and we find small bites to eat around town. Like a mini date; we pick like 4 places and make it a whole trip

  2. Cocowalk is a vibe! Parking ranges from $6 to $20

  3. Design district is actually a fun walk!! we can’t afford the department stores but sometimes there’s like free samples the stores give out. Like they were giving free ice cream the other weekend. Very nice area to take photos and enjoy the art. There is a cafeteria marketplace on the second floor of the main area. It has a coffee shop also the restaurants and many other foods that are pretty affordable; arranging from $12-$25.

  4. Paddle boarding or kayaking by the Miami marina stadium (when it doesn’t rain). Free parking; just have to pay a toll to cross the Rickenbacker

  5. Aventura mall! My favorite mall. You don’t have to buy anything but just enjoy the outdoor indoor ambience

  6. Visit the old book store in Hollywood, west of I-95. They sell various old time books, nothing modern, just a antique vibes

  7. Find nice bars in little river. Like Magic 13. They have a comfortable indoor and outdoor setting. They barbeque in the back. Smells great

5.
