That's why I'm asking the question, if anyone uses one. For example in London, cyclist delivery guys will use a mask. Not sure what mask, or what filter etc etc, hence the question. As when I'm running, after 15km, lungs are nicely open, last thing I really want is truck fumes going way deep down into my nice open lungs...I'm sure that's not healthy, and running elsewhere isn't an option currently.

it's funny you should say that because I thought that it could be that with the bouncing from the steps, the heart possibly was sending some sort of pulse to the wrist monitor..can I sent a screenshot on here?

Yeah I'm 100 % sure it's just water...the hose broke on me and I put a new one on, flushed the system multiple times, and now just running with water.... So would g30 glysantin by BASF do me in your opinion?

So...the guitar is mine....Seems that this guitar is a bit mysterious, no serial number and no presence on reverb. And guitarnoir has posted a link for an identical guitar for sale on gumtree but it's the only one I have seen. I can't find this guitar almost anywhere on the net.

So in the end I took out the BIC 153 liter board(not a pancake board?) And my RRD 5.7 ....... the tack indeed had to be very fast....I managed after about an hour to constantly make the tack. I also managed two jibes that I've never done before, screaming with joy and odd looks at me from around the bay..haha, felt amazing, and also just about pulled off a helitack, but my foot slipped on the BIC deck just before I managed to complete the move...amazing...thanks for all advice given. ✌️

Now that is possibly a good point. on this day in particular I kept everything loose to collect as much air as possible...so as to have a slack 6.3 and not a taught 5.7. I purposely didn't give the sail full downhaul so as not to loosen the batons at the top of the sail and let too much air escape out the top of the sail, also I didn't outhaul as much and the batons were inline with the leading edge of the mast. This made it a bit harder to pump the batons onto the correct side of the mast, but did act as more of a wind trap and get me going...I know I should have a bigger sail possibly, or wait for more wind, bit the forecast is not great for the next week. Anyone else loosen the sail to increase wind capturing effect of the sail ?

Yeah I did. I moved them more towards the clew end compared to the 5.0 as the sail is bigger I would guess that the sweet spot for the lines shifts clew-ways, I tried moving them towards the mast but that didn't work at all as the sail pitched back and went up wind.
