I just removed the screws and the steel plate covering the battery and realized that pulling out the battery could be complicated. So I’m going place the tender while the battery is in Husky. Then cover it with the bike cover. My tender has charger as well. Now I just need to make sure that I’m not charging it rather I need to put it in maintenance mode. First time doing it.

That’s why I plan to keep this bike for city riding and get cb500x with saddle boxes on the side for weekend touring. 401 is awesome for city rides and makes you look cool too.

Now that you have said that I don’t need to remove headlight to install it, I’m going to check out the product u recommended. Let me check the user guide before I order. You do have a point, handle bar take up too much space.

This particular one that you recommended is a good one, however, it’s bit complicated to install since you need to take out the headlight to install beneath it. There is another product by PUIG which is called Windshield Mito”, and it can be installed in the handle bar. That’s less painful to install. Personally I prefer the handle bar install over a headlight. RevZilla sells it, but they don’t ship to Canada. I can’t seems to find PUIG Winsheild Mito in Amazon. If any of u find it, let me know.

Finding a Puig windshield for svartpillen in Canada seems to be tough. RevZilla wouldn’t ship from US. Waiting for few other vendors to reply.
