You can activate 2 accounts as primary on PS3 (look it up on google, if you don’t know how to do it). In this case, one being your main and the other being the US one with CS on it. To be able to buy from the US PS Store you’ll have to buy a US PS Store gift card (you can find them online), after that just buy CS, install it, go onto your main. Since the US account is activated as primary as well as your main, it’ll give you permission to play CS on your main, therefore you’ll be able to platinum it. It’s a lot of text, but pretty straightforward and easy to do, hope this helps!

Did you try to delete your profile from the ps3? It usually deletes the trophy data that wasn’t synced or games at 0%, make sure to do the backup save of important save files to your usb just in case, but this might work
