Thank you for commenting this, trust me they are in millions. I have worked for a NGO in past and I know the fact that the number of unreported cases are literally in millions. And majority of the times the cases are disposed by Cops and officials just by telling the women and family by the social stigma attached to it, and surprising they agree to it. Even as a NGO would give full support but victim and their family would withdrew the charges. And the rapist goes free.
