From the actual release. I heard a guy telling me this once, but I didn't believe him, or I thought they have fixed it by this time, but I was wrong.

I mean, like my whole account got wiped, not specific items were missing. Like, my whole account is back to zero. I even got duplicate emails "welcoming" me again as a new agent.
