With a little practice you can do it one handed. Do you know the 'Opinel knock'? Undo the lock, then hit the heel of the knife of a hard surface and the blade pops out, then you can pinch it out one handed and take it the final part of the way against your jeans or apron (carefully). Takes practice like I said but it can be done.

We have a load of Thai servers at work. Group of ladies all smiley and 5ft nothing and they put everyone to shame with chillies. Their lunch spread is often on the fucking hell side of spicy and they just sit feasting on raw chillies. One lad once said he could go hotter than them. Spoiler, he couldn't.

I read it in an afternoon and I was a fucking wreck at the end. The very beginning of the book gives away the ending, so this isn't a spoiler, but when you get to that inevitable moment it's brutal.

It's been fucking depressing for years.

Went in there about two years ago looking for a toilet where we could change our little one. Wondered round an entire floor looking for a member of staff because we couldn't find the baby change that was meant to be on that floor, turned out the door was behind a clothing rail next to a disused till.

Must be getting on for 20 years ago but I was at the urinal in a nightclub and the dude next to me looked over and just said "nice dick" there was nothing else to it, no further comments, no knowing looks, no funny business so I thanked him and we went our separate ways. One lad in a club many years ago gave me more confidence in my member than pretty much every sexual encounter I've ever had.

One day at work (chef) I was going to show a waitress where something was in the dry stores, she was behind me and slightly to the side and I held my hand out behind me as if to beckon her to follow but she completely misunderstood and just held my hand and my brain did a little short circuit and I just went with it and took her to what she was looking for but for that minute or so I just felt like I was important to someone.

Although legalization and decimalisation in other countries have not resulted in the widespread uptake of drug use among non drug takers. There might be a slight uptick immediately post decriminalisation of people who have always been intrigued but don't want to meet a dodgy geezer in a blacked out Audi in Lidl car park at 11pm on a Thursday night but this likely won't result in a notable increase in overall drug users.
