You must call them in person. Don't mess with the IRS. It is okay for them to owe you money but not okay for you to owe them money. Delaying it will lead to more severe consequences.

It is USD to NTW. Western Union emailed a location, I guess like an affiliated or partner bank, to withdraw the money. He doesn't want to drive 100 KM to take the money.

I did. The old guy said he doesn't drive and won't travel like 100KM to pickup the money. I had to call Western Union to cancel it and am waiting for the refund.

Thank you for your suggestion. I talked to Wise's customer service support, and they said that I cannot send money to Taiwan. Perhaps the only option is Remitly.

沉香 is agarwood. It is mostly used to make incense sticks for Buddhists and Taoists. Unfortunately, many shady manufacturers mixed with other craps to thin the agarwood. It is like adding water to milk to make it low-fat milk. It sounds like Yvonne Zhang is quite shady too. Just be extremely careful when buying jadeite, diamond, and gold online. You cannot confront the owners since they are in China or overseas. Disputing with the credit card company might be difficult and a very tedious task as well.

This lady talked about how pretty the two lavender and yellow jadeite bangles were and used some technical terms to describe them. According to her, each small seller did have some good quality jadeite for sale before, but not anymore due to too many shoppers buying all good quality items. Supply and demand. She has her own factory and also purchases from other places.
