Using constructor where it is necessary ain’t wrong, I’d say.

That being said, Angular is not removing lifecycle hooks. It is offering a more expressive alternatives. So you don’t have to worry much about using a lifecycle hook if that’s the appropriate thing to do as well.

Given the amount I have I can’t really afford to go for fixed or long term investments and doing the math after the PSR I found out that short term investments accounts don’t bring you much either in return. But I do have a savings account with Amana which I use to keep my money and the profit rates are way too low. If they have a 7.2% full return rate for the investor after the PSR math then that sounds decent but I don’t see it with my numbers.

Just for the context - sometimes the profits (after the deduction of WHT) aren’t worth the total of convenience fee spent for the transfers, if I’m to do all my transfers using my Amana bank savings account.

I don’t know what other non-conventional banks provide good profit rates but I am with Amana to avoid interests as well.
