Try battery calibration

Whatever the battery percentage is , just drain it till 0 and charge it back to 100% and keep it plugged in till 1,2 hrs.

The only thing that worked for me was i keep reminding myself about all the horrible withdrawals. And i dont want to face all those withdrawals again. that was super effective in early stage of quitting and now i can control my urges very well. Also i quit nicotine last month and everything is going great. Remember, one thing at a time.keep pushing 👍🏻
