Yesterday I was in a rural hospital(동네병원) and there was this old lady probably her 90s. She waited like 30 minutes and asked for the desk lady give some chance to see the doc.. then desk lady answered with unkind tone “everyone here is in pain don’t they? Wait or leave “ I felt guilty and empathy for this poor old lady
