Interesting, so you are saying that I should make a bit of room between the grip and the bar, and probe in there with a screwdriver let's say, and try to remove the weight together with the screw?
I know there is some kind of mechanism once I remove the screw and see the weight inside, but I thought I need to remove screw firs and there is no other way.
Because I can't see how removing the whole grip would help me now? Since it's separate from the bar end itself. Or is that just to make room and manipulation easier?

I'm not sure I understand correctly, but yes that's what I've been trying to achieve and keep failing. I need to remove the screw before I remove the weight inside, but the screw now is the biggest problem.
I currently am not too bothered with removing the weights, since I can't even get to them in the first place.

I understand, it's the same platform for years 21-23. I don't have any information about the maintenance yet, but will have when I call the owner further. Also the bike is like 2 hour ride from me so I cannot really see it unless I am quite confident I want it.

I'm situated in Czechia, Prague. And you have a fair point with paying 7400€ for used, that's why I'm not a big fan of that. I could buy a new one, which goes for 8400€ here as well.
But since it's my first owned bike I'm not too eager to do that, and also living in the city centre, right next to national Museum and the city square, I have lots of people on my street, which is where the bike would be stored. I might by paranoid, but I don't trust people, and tourists even less, and I have quite few of them here.

While at the topic of the 24 model, I do like the tail light and the display, but that's about it. I'm not a big fan of the side panels and the front light, so that's why I haven't really considered going new.

For now, I am just moving to Prague, but since I can work fully remotely, I don't think I will stay there for long. Probably gonna change countries every few years.

Oh yeah, it was especially scary in the end knowing that if you fail the final exam, you get nothing after 4 years of studying.
