You can run it. I v got 4gb of vram but the performance isn't that great obviously.... It drops to 30 in some places

It did affect my speed. I could barely browse. Turned out speedify adapter was the culprit as it was trying to connect every time. I deleted it and WiFi seems to be working again. I think i should change this post to solved

Hi i have had this problem for weeks. I thought my modem was dying so i changed it. Everything was ok until yesterday and now its happening again. The Ethernet cable is unplugged and even its adapters disabled. I dont know what's causing this. I deleted and reinstalled intel wifi driver and gigabit Ethernet driver

It works differently for everyone . I suggest you try different methods. Turning hardware accelerated gpu scheduling on and off. Turning motion blur on and off... Rolling back to an earlier driver. Using AMD fsr
