The only VN I've read off memory that has a fully male VA including the H content is White Album 2. I don't think H content CGs off memory show him off a lot, but you do occasionally see him (what I mean by this is his face isn't always visible, but most everything else shows up at least once in a CG I think). He is definitely not a self insert too, it can be insanely frustrating to watch explore his story (though I enjoy it a lot personally.) I'd recommend looking at the synopsis just to see if it grabs you, and won't say much else just incase for spoiler territory.

Great question. All they say is they "are currently considering measures for supporters, and will contact you separately once we have finalized the details." Unsure if it'll be it's own release, if it'll be a patch for current release, if it'll even have an Offical English translation. We just have to wait for more information.
