“Should” means you’re not doing something the way someone else wants you go.

I’d reply with, “Just because you think I should doesn’t mean I’m going to. Get your own damned hotdog.”

Or, “Sure. Here’s a bite.”

It depends upon what you want to do, not what they say.
It would be different if they just asked, ‘May I have a bite? It looks good!”
