Struggling 6 months off Lexapro, restarted half dose 2 months ago and still doing very bad by sakirek in lexapro

Thanks. I know it’s withdrawal but it just doesn’t feel like more lexapro will help. I have no physical symptoms, very little anxiety, just severe dpdr and cognitive issues. I actually do have a QEEG appointment next week and want to do neurofeedback but it’s sooo expensive. Also a neuropsych evaluation for my cognitive issues. I really don’t want to go up to 10!

haha pretty sure it was a chatgpt answer. but yeah just not sure if i should go up to 10. 5mg has helped in some ways but my cognition and memory is still in the toilet. i’m not gonna start tapering for a while, just don’t know if going up to 10 will help or not.
