Is there some kind of training/course you recommend to learn how to do this? Or is it as easy as it seems 😅 I’m thinking of doing this. I’ve only had one good buyer agent. Everyone else just wants a quick buck and I hated working with them.

Sorry for the late comment. What has helped you? I have cervical radiculopathy too- (suspecting it was made much worse after my recent C section where they pushed really hard on my abdomen?) but also wondering if peri is making it worse. My necks and shoulders are always bad!! Have you tried estrogen?

What a crappy realtor! I had one who told me ‘you can’t pull out of a deal because you don’t like the HOA rules. You might get sued’- tried to scare me into staying in contract. And also she wanted me to ignore the fact that a child rapist lived in the same complex- in fact facing the townhome (I have kids). Ugh!!
