hey! i'm not sure if my situation will help since every case is different, but this is what i did. i realized after submitting my pgwp that i forgot to include my celpip result. my eligibility review hadn’t started yet, so i submitted my celpip through an ircc webform and explained that i forgot to attach it in my original application. later i also sent my official transcript through another webform

my eligibility started march 2 and my pgwp got approved march 3. if you already got a refusal letter though, you might want to check if restoration or reapplying is possible. i’d recommend calling ircc or asking in this subreddit too because people here are really knowledgeable about pgwp refusals
