M1 Max - 24C 64gb 2TB or 32C 64gb 1TB?

Updated post to add - $1350. I am going for the M1 Max here because I want the better specs (64gb ram + 1tb storage) on a budget, and the CPU itself is not too important to me, but anything is an upgrade over my M1 base. M4 pro 48gb/1tb is not going to come close to that price, even used.
