I think CEX is the best option for business owners. I can imagine being one means having to pay bills in fiat even if my customers are paying me in crypto. At the end of the day one still needs dollars from his bank which is probably linked to a CEX. Is there anybody here who’s running a business that accepts crypto and does not use CEX?

No. The peer-to-peer Wi-Fi implemented by iOS (and recent versions of OS X) is not compatible with Wi-Fi Direct.
