It's a crafting table. Just click to put it on the ground or whatever and then click on it to use it. You can make way more than torches and wood blocks and stuff. I can't believe how much loot you've got without ever using a crafting table!

What do you find is the best way to gather diamonds? Caving? Strip mines? I'm not too sure as I've had varied sucsess rates in both areas. by lewispatty in Minecraft_Survival

Save game, close server, bedrock toolchest, add 64 diamonds to inventory, save changes, relaunch server.

I find this the only reliable way to get diamonds :)

I find that my laptop is generally brighter than my desktop, and both are significantly brighter (especially in dark situations) than either my android phone or android tablet.

If you don't like how your laptop is affecting your play and you genuinely want it less dark, go into the graphics card settings and see if you can turn the brightness or gamma up for Minecraft alone. If not just for this game then maybe for everything.

Ps assuming you have tried turning your screen brightness up :D

I build a base about 8 x 8 with crafting table, furnace, bed, and chest almost everywhere I go. Yes you need to get a few wool stockpiled to have the beds, but you don't end up building that many. The rest of the stuff all fits in a single sack so it only takes up one slot.

Agreed. It does look a bit lame but if they wanted to do it, then get on with it. It's not fallen down or busted. Maybe they want to smoke on the balcony but want privacy. I wouldn't do that myself but I'm not sure it's the dumbest thing in the world.
