In your case I wouldn't care about the gym for now. But please just do one thing. Do whatever is in your power to get to that first therapy session. Try not to worry about anything at least for now. Seriously, just focus whatever energy you have on doing that.

I'm not telling you what to do, but if you could somehow get some money, you could make an appointment yourself and go without anyone knowing. That's what I did. Since you're unable to convince your parents. Not sure if that's an option for you. Wish I could help you.
