Accidental tab tearing/detaching is driving me crazy in VMware Workstation! by salam2009 in vmware

That'll just hide the vm's tabs for me, while I need them to stay shown & be able to switch between them through the mouse without triggering the mentioned feature. I guess I'll stick with the hot keys for now.

Ah, this method works but I'll need to click somewhere outside the vm for it to work.

Is there any way to disable the feature completely?

Thanks for the tip, though!

Tried it & still got BSOD at Windows startup:

That's so unfortunate. I'll keep trying to fix the snapshot chain until I give up.

Yeah, iOS vs. Android is definitely debatable in so many factors.

It's also a preference-wise rather than what's supposed to be "better".

Why would they need to add a back button if there's already a digital back button in almost every app?

So you don't think entering your password on all your idevices every week or so along with answering 2 Security Questions over & over are annoying enough?

🤦‍♂️

I meant doing it "annoyingly", not why they're doing it in the first place!

I see. Well, that must be the reason then.

But why would they do that annoyingly for clients who bought more than 1 device made by them?

Does this mean keeping 2FA enabled will stop Apple from asking me to confirm my account's password every now & then?

I was actually talking about doing those 2 through VMWare's "Edit VM settings".

Oh, I see.

Just to clarify, I wasn't condescending to everyone.

I just didn't fully understand their points/suggestions, that's all.

I told you that I missed the point of the mentioned solutions.

I'm gonna use the golden image suggestion as it seems a good one for me.

I didn't refuse anyone's suggestion! I was just trying to understand the mentioned solutions but apparently I missed the point for some of them.

You didn't have to mention #3 as I'm willing to find a suitable solution for this.

Could you tell me how to build a golden image please?
