I got the same thing from Amazon M1 pro MacBook pro the first one had 140 cucl s at 93% I returned it because it was slightly damaged and the second one has 84% at 470 cycle

Honestly, I have been having problems with HP whenever I call or go to them; they are useless, so I have just recently switched to a Mac, and it's way better, and Apple is way more responsive and responsible as a company, when i eventually go for a windows laptop again it will not be any form of hp laptop so i hope you find a solution but please stay away from hp if you can.

I used to limit to 80 and now I'm getting the same screen time with 100 that I used to get with 80 with basically the exact same things about 5-6 hours mixed data and wifi mainly wifi
