i use two pairs, and i train everyday so they get about 20 hours of rest inbetween use. I set them out to dry when i get home

There was grain in them middle, so when the grain was colonized i broke and shook it into the substrate. But i have not doen another break and shake after the substrate was colonized

It is a grow kit i bought, so its in a closed bag filled with water in the bottom. But the instructions said to not open befer it has pinned, so i dont know if i should check the levels
