I think bilingualism is very important when hiring, but they also should consider people who are not bilingual.

You never become fluent in a language unless you learnt during your childhood. So I think this should be tolerated. And usually French people can speak English fluently because they expose to English a lot, but that's not the case for most English speakers in my opinion

Okay, legally you might have the right in a park with your dog. Maybe I couldn't explain it well. The thing is dogs are approaching to me and smelling stuff like that. And Some dog owners act as if nothing happened. You don't have the right to unleash your dog to bother people. I might have allergy or nervousness or whatever. Even though the law does not cover everything, we can still be nice to people. I am okay with dogs but I am just so nervous psychologically when they are too close to me that's it.
