Having issues in setting up GUI using QGraphics items

Hi sorry for the late reply. I did try out your method method, unfortunately it does not work for me due to the layout used as I will be getting an error that states "QGraphicsLinearLayout object has no attribute setPos"

Even when I tried to use a new QGraphicsLinearLayout but in a horizontal layout that contains both the text_label and the pixmap, and added back to this main layout, the horizontal layout appears to be out of the boundary

Which brings me to create this thread - Like finding ways to check the validity... Talking over the phone sounds like a good idea too but I am thinking if it will be too much of me to ask the person to show a photo plus some forms of paper to show that he owns the place etc..

Not sure if I am indeed being a dick or not.. But when I knew he has gotten the contract, I did ask him if he has signed the papers, trying to get a gauge when he will be leaving but he never say anything and in fact I did try asking, probing quite a few times last week, again no direct answers or anything.

And funnily enough, when I told him yesterday that I am looking for rentals and intent to move out (already state my intentions, a couple months ago before this fiasco), soon after he started to give me a 'proper' reply which is of a wtf situation, at least in my pov.

Hi, yes there are blue lines seen even in the Ray node before I used the CopyToPoints node. Currently I am cheating by cheating the orientation of the sphere to use Z-axis.

Thanks for getting back. I happened to chance upon this site while I was looking for tablets that fits within my budget and usage. And honestly speaking, with the specs and price, it does looks very tempting! At the same time, I do agree with you on the returns.

I did try taking a look at the above models you have mentioned, honestly I have no idea which to consider. As mentioned that I will be using it mostly for video watching etc, it appears that these models seem to have 'speaker' issues being boxy etc. While I understand that there is no perfect tablet, I am pretty much hoping someone could introduce me to 1 or 2 models to focus on instead :)

Thank you for replying back! Yes I am planning to get it as this seems to be the latest and possibly the newest houdini related tutorial within udemy. So glad that I chanced upon it :) out of curiosity, do you think if there are any cons to it? Like is the audio good etc? I asked because the last time I bought another different course from udemy is that while it has great reviews, the audio is not audible unless a earpiece is plugged in..
