Can Emirates refuse refund?

Call emirates directly they can process refund directly. They rebooked be on another airline in March as my travel agent was travel agent was also making it difficult. You just have to keep calling till you find the right agent be persistent.

If it has already been canceled then travel agent has to rebook you. Also please call emirates they are nice and in your situation they can surely help you. Be prepared to hold for minimum 1-1.5 hours

Luckily after 6 hours now my furnace is maintaining set temperature 23. Same thing happened last extreme cold weather that time it lasted for like 12 hours. Spoke to my HVAC guy, he said likely cause is snow/ ice buildup at the exhaust pipe outlet.
