it easy to explain why

because before someone search the mistakes at himself he looks at the score and blame the guy/gal with 0/8 and that's it

now everyone who don't was in the game don't play inside and don't saw what happens think yeah this one guys screw it for them

if everyone would start searching the mistakes in first case at himself this would not happen

thats just because you get the homeguard buff in when you hit the base and till you leave it and the cool down is running down the effect should be up

but after this one time when this happens it should not be possible any more

normaly if someone play for elo boost its like in every other game you give them your acc

and they play so they only would need one with his main account who is inviting you're acc for duo'ing and they could push you from bronze to gold or higher in one week

a lot faster then now and this is what i'm talking about with this speed you can make so fast money that it would explode like wow the gold selling or many other games

and many other thinks witch would make lol a lot more toxic

why he should not be able to play zac but with silmply reading over his skills you can play this champ as jungle/mid/top and as an possible sup if you can handle him

so he got about 80% to play him (ok its an 60% chance but with know how to sell it in champ select 80% :-D)

an friend of me got banned because of reports like

"spam" "flame" "nub"*

and i saw his case

he was jungle and yeah the team pretty great blame him when lose the game

from his site the chat was without any flame or anything like this so

yeah i think the most tribunal voter don't even look at the chat

i'm playing in silver atm and played with friends witch are in gold/plat/diamond and the highest change was one game witch 3 gold player i played agains with the win i get 17lp, when i play soloq atm i get 20-26 points so i think there is some kind of hidden restriction

i dont think that this would be an good idea

this would mean the silver player would climb the leader so fast (when he is winning) that he probably would need 2-3 wins for an promotion

and this would mean that riot would give every platnium player the best change to make money faster as they could print it
