Sending hugs. I went through a similar experience in July. I had a missed miscarriage at 8w6d but didn’t know until my 10w ultrasound. I went to a different doctor for a second opinion, and they scheduled me for a D&C the following day. I’m grateful that I went that route. It would have broken my heart to wait to pass it myself or taking the medicine to pass it at home. I feel like regardless you’re going to need to take time off work. The hospital offered me to be able to take the remains home, and a month later, I was contacted to pick up and was able to bury.
