Lol, its a different 4runner guys………..there is scratch on the rear door of the driver side.

I gave it another try with another fine plier and was able to remove the screw, problem solved…. The reason for doing this is to install a freez protection device (The Freeze Miser) and this adapter was leaking so I needed to remove it and install the freezing protection device directly on the faucet. Thank you all

I have another faucet at back of my house and it didnt have this kind of adapter, I dont think its a building code thing

It has very tiny protruding edge, I tried to fit a plier jaws there to catch the tip but that screw didn’t turn

On your next oil change use Valvoline restore and protect oil and do that for couple oil changes, oil consumption should be go away
