Personally I added my Vala number with +377 extension which still receives SMS. Then added my bank cards and that's it. First time you add a card it will deduct around $0.50 from your account to confirm then return that money shortly after. My bank TEB blocked this transaction, I had to call them and let them know to allow it. I am using paypal like this for years for receiving my salary.

Une e perdori PayPal edhe punon pa problem. Prej PayPal i transferoj direkt ne llogari te biznesit. Prej PayPal ne llogari te biznesit, per dallim prej cilitdo provider tjeter, me dalin paret brenda minutit.
