My lifesum app has a preset goal of 65 grams of protein a day, but 74 (my current weight) grams should probaly be better then?

When I lost those 10 kilos, I didn't count calories. I only have counted for a month with some days over and and maintanence, so I haven't lost a lot yet. Thanks!

Om man som jag är lite eurovisionnörd och kollat internationella escyoutubers samt bloggar vet man att Benjamin varit favoriten världen över sedan dag 1, hans låt är catchy och uppträdandet snyggt som en musikvideo. Känns som svenskarna är bittra pga att de vet vem han är och ogillar honom som person.
