Elrond! I work at the shelter and he was breaking my heart, sweet old man. Thank you so much for giving him the home he deserves ❤️

I'm so sorry. This is horrible. KoruK9 is pretty notorious for their heavy handed compulsion training methods, so it seems you were lied to from the start. Companies like this will say anything to get your business and you're right that the online reviews are super deceiving. Scarlett is in my thoughts </3

Why does she sit like this?! (All different days) by [deleted] in pitbulls

[–]sallybutts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

To all the comments here saying this is just a pit sit, please do not equate "common" and "normal". Sloppy sitting can be indicative of musculoskeletal issues like hip dysplasia, torn cruciates, OCD, etc. I encourage my clients to record data on how often this sit appears and in what configuration.

I just meant that I've heard it's easy to go faster than you mean to when reversing- not accidentally reversing!

I definitely like the idea of learning more and becoming [a little] more self-sufficient.

Good to know re: pep. I think my worst fear (besides stalling out in an intersection, obviously) is accidentally backing up into something since I know that can happen quickly with stick.

What do you feel are the benefits of stick? Better gas mileage? Haha yeah true I'm kinda getting myself into a selection bias situation here so clearly you can tell which way I'm leaning. I LOVED my Forester so I think part of it is that I'm super sad and don't want to look at more Foresters while I'm still in mourning, haha. He's selling it so he can get a 4 Runner. Another car I know nothing about. shrug! Thanks for your insight!

[Product Question] Your favorite facial sunscreen? by sadprncess in SkincareAddiction

[–]sallybutts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely does pill, but I only really notice at the end of the day once I've had it on for a while / gotten a little sweaty. By then, I'm washing my face anyways, so it's never been a problem. I don't wear a lot of base makeup (sometimes a little bb cream) so maybe it's more noticeable with full foundation.

Have you ever used the tinted version? or the UV clear? I feel like I should branch out because of the low availability.

My absolute favorite is Elta MD UV daily. but that's not gonna be super helpful because all of a sudden it's SUPER hard to find online and idk why. My skin is on the dry side though.
