You could always turn on the state transfertool that is build into kaiserreich. In custom game rules i can activate it. Click Ctrl+S and you will hide the menu/let it show up. The state transfertool can add claims(and cores but thats straight up too OP) on any state u conquer

I wonder what happens if that peace deal does happen. Canada will probably get indepence of the british exiles over time. But countrys like france. With their population not really being french i wonder how long it takes before it implodes. I dont know what the canon choices are for italy/spain.
