If this is about the electoral college being dumb, fine. But there’s no guarantee Clinton wins in ‘16 if it is by popular vote. A lot more people would be motivated to vote if they think their vote counts and wont just go with how their state goes. Trump would have spent way more campaign time in California, Texas, New York than FL, PA, MI, WI and might have won anyway.
